If you are fulfilling the will of God in your
life, don't fret if you come to a "Red Sea" or a Valley that seems to
be "the Valley of the Shadow of Death."If HE leads
you TO IT,

LIBERATOR
Dr. Scott Garner, Ph.D.
Wouldn’t it be great to have a simple plan to be successful
in your life? You have just found the answer. It is the 3d
Liberator. God gave me this simple plan about 38 years ago as
I was asking Him "How To" live out the principles of
the Word. I have been using this plan daily since 1972. It
always works to provide spiritual freedom and liberty.
It
will provide you with the 4-step plan to walk in liberty. This
following 4-step plan and prayer is the key to that success.
It brings into reality God’s provision to overcome (1) sins,
our (2) sinful – fleshly nature, and the (3) devil. When
Jesus died on the cross, He overcame all three of these
problems we face daily. It was and is finished. It also
positions us to hear from God as He leads us.
The
4-step plan or prayer and the Scriptural references are listed
below, and then we will give you more Scriptural information
to explain each one of the steps. We will include the
Scriptural explanations to the first section in this
presentation.
(1)
The first step is to submit to God.
"Submit to God, Draw
Near to God, and He will draw near to you." James
4:7-8
PRAYER:
"Father, I submit to you. You be the Lord of my
life."
(2) The second step is to resist the devil.
"Resist the devil
and he will flee from you." James 4:7
PRAYER:
"Every demon affecting me, I command you to listen.
I resist the devil, and you must flee. Devil, No &
Go. I bind, rebuke and resist the devil. I destroy
your works. I send you into the pit. I lose the
light, the blood, the anointing, the cross, the Word of God,
and the angels to put you into the pit in Jesus' name.
"I cut off all
words, judgments, weapons, and all formed against me. It
will not prosper, in Jesus' name." Isaiah 54:17
(3) The third step is to speak to God about your sins..
"Cleanse your
hands, you sinners. . ." James 4:8
" If we confess
(agree with God) our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive
us our sins. . ." 1 John 1:9. Repentance
means you change your mind and your ways.
PRAYER:
"Father, I now confess all my sins . . ., and I agree and
submit to your Word."
"I cut off all
words, judgments, weapons, and all formed against me. It
will not prosper, in Jesus' name." Isaiah 54:17
(4) The fourth step is to speak to your flesh about
God..
". . .purify
(holy) your hearts, you double minded ." James
4:8 This scripture is the 3rd key to move from
Carnal to Spiritual:
" Reckon yourself
dead to sin and alive to God.." Romans 6:11.
PRAYER: "I say I am dead to sin (flesh), and I say
I am alive to God."
"Based on the
Word, I say I am now filled with the Spirit, His power, love,
a sound mind, and His glory in Jesus name."
Ephesians 5:18; 2 Timothy 1:7
God
wants you to live free. Repeat these 4-Steps as often as
needed.
Immediately when you
follow your fleshly nature, stop and pray the 3rd
LIBERATOR TM 4-Step Plan.

SCRIPTURAL
EXPLANATION
FOR THE 3d LIBERATOR
(1st
Step or Section)
1.
The First Step is to Submit to God:
PRAYER: "Father, I
submit to you. You be the Lord of my life . . . ."
"Do ye think that the
scripture saith in vain, the spirit that dwelleth in us
lusteth to envy?
But he giveth more
grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but
giveth grace
unto the
humble. Submit yourselves therefore to God" . .
. James 4:5-7
Do you think God
wants you to submit to Him? He longs for your fellowship
and gives you
grace (power to accomplish) when you submit and humble
yourself before Him.
Only when we submit
to His Lordship will we produce and accomplish. Jesus
said that you
can do nothing
without Him. "I am the vine, ye are the
branches; He that abideth in me, and
I in him, the same
bringeth forth much fruit; for without me ye can do
nothing." John 15:5
Abiding is not a
casual visitation to church. It is a commitment because
of our love for Him
and the awareness
that we are utterly helpless without His intervention.
True maturity is
the awareness that
we can do nothing without His help and provisions. In
fact, we only get
saved as we make
Him Lord and Savior. ". . .Believe on the Lord
Jesus Christ, and thou
shalt be saved, and
thy house." Acts 16:31.
Lord, I submit to
You. "Submit yourselves therefore to God. .
." James 4:7
I yield to
Your Holy Spirit.
13. "Neither
yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto
sin: but
yield
yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead,
and your members
as
instruments of righteousness unto God.
14. "For
sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the
law, but under
grace.
15.
"What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the
law, but under grace? God
forbid.
16.
"Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants
to obey, his servants ye are
to whom ye
obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto
righteousness?
17. "But
God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have
obeyed from the
heart that
form of doctrine which was delivered you.
18. "Being
then made free from sin, ye became the servants of
righteousness.
19. "I
speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your
flesh: for as ye have
yielded your
members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity;
even so now
yield your
members servants to righteousness unto holiness.
20. "For when ye were the servants of sin, ye
were free from righteousness.
21. "What fruit had ye then in those things
whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of
those
things is death.
22. "But now being made free from sin, and
become servants to God, ye have your fruit
unto
holiness, and the end everlasting life." Romans
13 - 22.
We are
either an instrument or agent of the devil, of
unrighteousness, and of our sin nature
or we are an instrument or agent of God. It is like
being pregnant: Either you are pregnant
or you are not. There is not a middle ground. It
is all about yielding and who we give
preference. When you see a "yield sing" on the
road, then you are required to make
sure that you let someone else have the "right of
way." God wants the "right of way"
or His way over our own way in our lives. We are free
from the devil, our sinful nature,
and its overwhelming power to suck us into its grip. It
seems, at times, that it is easy to
yield or to give preference to our own lusts. Jesus has
made us free. As we submit to
Him, then we have accomplished the first step in the 3d
LIBERATOR.
In Deuteronomy 30:11-20 we are told to choose "life"
and to love God, and the rewards
are being blessed. (You can read these scriptures.
They are powerful.)
Joshua, in the Old Testament, challenged God's people to leave
the influences of the
world and serve God. Joshua said he was serving God and
putting Him first.
14. "Now therefore fear the Lord, and serve Him
in sincerity and in truth: and put away
the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the
flood, and in Egypt; and
serve ye the Lord.
15. "And if it seem evil unto you to serve the
Lord, choose you this day whom ye will
serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on
the other side of the
flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell:
but as for me and my house,
we will serve the Lord." Joshua 24:14 - 15
Jesus said, Not my will, but Yours be done (See Luke 22:42).
Jesus was committed, as
our example to follow the voice and the Word of His Father.
A significant part of the Lord's prayer is for His Kingdom to
come, and for His will
be done. Luke 11:2
GOAL: I want to walk in righteousness, peace, and joy in
the Holy Spirit. (See
Romans 14:17).
