WE ARE IN A WAR!!  How often do we hear that?  But it’s true.  And that war is raging.  We have an enemy that comes to kill, steal and destroy, and ultimately to steal our destiny. 
     If we look at the world around us – at our Nation and our leadership, – fear and trembling would like to overtake us, but we’ve been given every weapon that we need to defeat every work of the enemy. 
     Now here’s the key for our victory!!  WE MUST USE THE WEAPONS. 
     If we’re standing in the middle of a raging battle and all we do is cry and  say, “Oh, Lord, help me,” our enemy will not flee.  That’s like using a sling shot to counter an armored attack.  It won’t work!  
     Our armory is full and WE have to know how to use our weapons.  We defeat this enemy by USING the WORD OF GOD.  That’s the trigger that fires the lethal weapon.
     I received this prayer request today from a “mighty warrior in the field,” who knows how to use the weapons of her warfare.  It is inspiring and is a huge reminder of HOW TO USE OUR WEAPONS. 
     I hope you’ll soak up this lesson – memorize it if you must, so that it becomes KNOWLEDGE.  Knowledge is Power and will save your life.

Good morning,
     I am headed out the door to worship the King.  I woke up barely able to walk across the room, but I am resolutely standing on the Word of God and He is healing me with every step I take.  My heart and lungs and every other organ and bodily system will work according to His divine plan.  I am more than a conqueror.  I am victorious over the enemy of my soul, by the blood of the lamb and by the word of my testimony of His goodness and His faithfulness.  I will not give in to fear and doubt.  I thank you all for your prayers.
     I do feel like I am walking a tight rope of faith and the devil is trying like a roaring lion to devour me . . . . BUT GOD is faithful and He is good all the time, and I will live and not die and will declare what God is doing and has done and will continue to do for me.  THANK YOU FOR STANDING WITH ME ....... I KNOW I AM IN A FIGHT FOR MY VERY LIFE!!!

     Let God arise and His enemies be scattered.  There are many others in this same battle and I pray for them to have strength and be clothed in His Holy armor.  The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but are mighty thru God to the pulling down of strongholds.

     We can think like Christ because we have the helmet of salvation....I choose to trust His promises. I choose to think on things that are pure and wholesome and lovely and true and of good report.

     We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus and that righteousness protects us from the enemy of our soul.  Right standing...righteousness ... thinking right and trusting and doing right... hidden w/ Christ in God

     Our faith is a shield against all the fiery darts that the enemy can throw.  My shield is soaked in the blood of my Savior and the devil’s flaming darts fizzle with a sizzle J when they come in contact with Faith’s shield.

     The belt of truth will gird my loins and keep me from believing the lies that Satan or even well meaning people tell me.  I choose to believe what God says.  His truth trumps even medical facts.  He is a miracle working, devil annihilating God! He is victorious in EVERY situation. If He is for me ....who can be against me?

     With the shoes of the Gospel of Peace I will run to peace and pursue it.  It will be my umpire.  It will be my shelter and it will guard my heart and my mind as I trust in the Lord.

     The mighty sword of God's Holy Word is powerful.  It can even discern the thoughts and intentions of my heart. I will continually allow my heavenly Father to search my heart and reveal things that do not please Him, so I can walk Holy before Him.

     Thanks for indulging me... I just wanted to profess my faith in Him. He is good and He is able to do more than I can ask or think or even imagine and I praise Him for teaching me how to walk in faith.

     I hope you noticed that in every paragraph she has spoken THE WORD OF GOD.  That’s the key that defeats the one who seeks to destroy us and causes him to flee.  That’s what will cancel his assignments . . .

     BUT .....   it’s like any other weapon – it takes practice.  It has to become second nature to us – AND WHEN IT DOES, that’s when the devil trembles and says, when the morning comes and our feet hit the floor, “Oh my God, she’s up!”
